1.1 Use the main map

The map is the starting point for flight checks, supporting information and account tools.

Find the main controls

Android Apple Web
Apple

The top controls include Search and Locate. Eligible accounts can also show Mission Manager and AvPlan. The bottom controls provide Notifications, Flight Time, Information, Layers and Settings.

The footer summarises the selected pilot type, flight time, maximum altitude, visual radius and active overlays.

Move around the map

Android Apple Web
  1. Drag the map to move to another area.
  2. Zoom until the area you want to check is clear.
  3. Select a point to run a flight check, or use Search or current location.

Map layers and some labels change with zoom. A check always uses the exact selected point or area and the current flight-check settings.

Close a flight result

Select Done to close the result and clear its temporary overlays. Controls that zoom to an item also close the details and reposition the map.

Change the displayed platform manual

Android Apple Web

Use the Ok2Fly platform control beside Search manuals to choose Android, Apple or Web. The sidebar, article outcomes and platform tabs follow that selection as you move between pages.

Operational information should always be verified against current regulations and official sources.
