10 Group management

Enterprise settings are available only to users with the Enterprise Administrator role.

Open group management

1. Open Settings.
2. Select Enterprise Cloud.
3. Under the required group heading on the AvPlan Enterprise Cloud screen, select the service to manage.

Select Dismiss when you finish.

1. Select Cloud in the top-right corner.
2. Select Enterprise Accounts.
3. Open the required account. If you administer only one account, AvPlan may open it automatically.
4. Select the required management area.

Aircraft Profiles and Flight Plans require Enterprise Pro. On AvPlan Web, they are marked Pro when the account does not have access.

• Group Settings configures credentials, app settings and shared pilot profiles.
• Users manages group members.
• Aircraft Profiles opens Manage aircraft.
• Flight Plans opens Manage flight plans.
• Saved Routes manages routes shared with the group.
• Devices, Subscriptions, Documents, Maps, Waypoints, Plates and Map Overlays open the corresponding management page in the browser. Sign in if prompted.

Lists use pagination controls at the bottom of the panel. Use the rows selector to change how many items are shown, or use the page controls to move through the list.

Configure group settings

1. Under the required group heading, select Group Settings.
2. Under NAIPS Details, enter the group’s NAIPS Login and NAIPS Password as required.
3. Under App Settings, select the settings that apply to the group:
   • Group Aircraft Only
   • AvPlan Live Enabled
   • AvPlan Live Group Only
   • AvPlan Live Share Active Plan
   • Apply Contingency Fuel to Alternate Legs
   • Burn Contingency Fuel Between Stages
   • Use Advanced Loading
4. Select Save.

1. Select Settings for the group.
2. Under NAIPS Details, enter the group’s NAIPS Username and NAIPS Password as required.
3. Under App Settings, turn on the settings that AvPlan should enforce for group members:
   • Group Aircraft Only
   • AvPlan Live Enabled
   • AvPlan Live Group Only
   • AvPlan Live Share Active Plan
   • Apply Contingency Fuel to Alternate Legs
   • Burn Contingency Fuel Between Stages
   • Burn Holding Fuel Between Stages
   • Use Advanced Loading
4. Select Save.

App Settings remain in one vertical list, with each switch aligned to the right of its setting. On a narrow screen, related credential fields stack vertically. On a wider screen, paired fields appear side by side; the settings and their effect are unchanged.

Manage pilot profiles

1. Under the required group heading, select Group Settings.
2. Select Add Profile to add a pilot profile, or select an existing profile to edit it.
3. Enter or update the profile details.
4. Select Save on the group settings screen.

To remove a profile, swipe it to the left, select Delete, then select Save.

Web

1. Select Settings for the group, then find Pilot Profiles.
2. Select Add Profile, or select the edit button beside an existing profile.
3. Enter the pilot’s identity, contact details, callsign, capabilities and submission credentials as required. For a New Zealand pilot, enter the GoPreFlight User Name and GoPreFlight Password under GoPreFlight Details for NZ Pilots.
4. Select Add Profile or Apply Changes.
5. Select Save on the group settings page.

To remove a profile, select the delete button beside it, confirm Delete, then select Save.

Group profiles are available to group members in the Pilot Profile selectors in AvPlan Web. They are labelled with their group name and can be used for filing and briefing, but members cannot edit them. See Pilot profiles.

WARNING

A Premium GoPreFlight account is required to view SIGMETs in New Zealand on AvPlan Web.

Manage members and services

• Select Users to open the native Group Members screen. Select Add to search for or create a user, select a member to edit their details or role, or swipe a member to the left to remove them.
• Select Devices, Subscriptions, Documents, Maps, Waypoints, Plates or Map Overlays to open the corresponding management page in the browser. Sign in if prompted.

Web

• Members adds, edits and removes group members.
• Devices lists the devices linked to group members.
• Subscriptions reviews licence use, expiry dates, transactions and invoices.
• Maps, Waypoints, Plates and Overlays manage operational data shared with the group.

Manage saved routes

Select Saved Routes to open Shared Routes. Select Add to share a route, select a route to edit it, or swipe it to the left to delete it.

Web

Select Saved Routes to list routes shared with the group. Select Add to share a route, or swipe a route to the left and select Delete to remove it.
