10.4 Subscriptions
Review subscription use
The Subscriptions area shows each subscription assigned to the group, its total licences, the number in use and its expiry date.
If more users are assigned than the subscription allows, AvPlan displays a warning. Review the group membership or arrange additional licences before they are required.

Download an enterprise invoice
Only a group administrator can access group billing and invoices.
- Select Cloud > Enterprise Accounts.
- Open the required account, then select Transactions.
- Find the required purchase.
- Select Invoice in the Invoice column to download the PDF.
After purchasing additional user licences from Members, select Download Invoice in the completed-purchase window to download the invoice immediately.
The Invoice control appears only when an invoice is available for that transaction. SMS activity and transactions without an invoice show a dash in the Invoice column.
