1 Getting started
AvPlan provides a mobile electronic flight bag for Android and Apple devices, together with the browser-based AvPlan Web platform.
AvPlan EFB on mobile
Use AvPlan EFB on a supported tablet or phone to prepare for a flight and refer to operational information in flight.
AvPlan EFB can be used to:
- Download aviation maps and aerodrome documents for use with limited or no network access.
- Prepare a flight plan, apply forecast winds and submit the plan through IFIS or NAIPS.
- Download and save weather briefings from NAIPS or IFIS.
- Display the planned route, aircraft position and recorded track on maps.
- Review airspace status and access AIP information.
Plan across devices
Sync plans and aircraft between Apple devices, prepare aircraft loading and weight-and-balance information, manage aircraft profiles, optimise altitudes, and display position and track information on airport diagrams and approach plates.

Use AvPlan Web
AvPlan Web combines browser-based flight planning, live en route information, terminal weather and NOTAM information, and operational document access. Depending on your account, you can also manage subscriptions, devices, payment details, sharing and enterprise group features.
- Sign in to AvPlan Web with your AvPlan account.
- Use Planning, En Route, Terminal, Weather and Text to move between operational areas.
- Use Settings for account, device, subscription and help options.
- If enterprise features are enabled, use Cloud for group administration.
