AvPlan provides help, support and product information from the application settings.

Open Settings > Support.

Open Settings > Support. You can also select the lifebuoy button from En Route, Terminal, Text or Notepad.

1. Open Settings > Help.
2. Select Chat with support, Support, User Manuals or Walkthroughs for the resource you need.

Open Settings > Support to use the available support options.

Open Settings > Support, or select the lifebuoy button from En Route, Terminal, Text or Notepad. Include a screenshot and enough detail to explain the enquiry.

Web

Open Settings > Help > Chat with support to start or reopen a conversation from any page with the Settings menu. You can also select the floating chat icon on En Route; this icon appears only on that page. An open conversation stays open when you move between pages until you close it.

For other contact options, or if chat is unavailable, open Settings > Help > Support. The AvPlan contact page opens in a new browser tab.
