Choose a document task

Android Apple Web

Use Text to work with operational documents supplied by AvPlan and documents made available to your organisation.

• Browse supplied documents by region and document collection.
• Open, save and find documents.
• Use company documents when your organisation provides them through AvPlan.
• Open personal and reference documents on Android or Apple.
• Manage company folders and documents on the Web.
• Review company read acknowledgements on the Web.

WARNING

Confirm that a document is current and applicable before using it operationally.

Open the document library

Android

1. Select Text from the main navigation.
2. Select a region, then select a document collection.

Apple

1. Select Text.
2. Use the Documentation list to select a regional, company or other document collection.

The list can include Recently Accessed, regional documentation, Company Documentation and Other, depending on the installed data and account.

Web

1. Select Text, or open AvPlan Web Text.
2. Wait for Documentation to load.
3. Select Australian Documentation or Company Documentation.

Company documentation is available only when it is included with the account or group.
