Manage read acknowledgements

Read acknowledgements help track whether users have seen and read company documents.

Folder Notifications

• A company folder can have Enable Notifications enabled.
• When enabled, the folder can show Notifications Enabled.
• Notification-enabled folders show document Status for the current user where read-status data is available.

Status Values

• Unread means the current user has not acknowledged or read the document.
• Ack means the current user has seen the document but has not marked it read.
• Read means the current user has marked the document read.

Mark a Document Read

1. Open a notification-enabled company document.
2. Review the document in Viewer.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the PDF when required.
4. Press Mark Read.

Admin and Dispatcher Reporting

• Users Read shows percentage progress for each document.
• Details shows user read-status rows.
• Date Acknowledged and Date Read are shown where available.
• Export CSV downloads the read-status data.
• Show row colours highlights acknowledgement status rows.

WARNING

Read acknowledgements depend on folder notification settings and company user lists. Confirm the selected group and folder before using read status for compliance review.
