Manage your account

Android Apple Web

Use the same AvPlan email address and password in the app and on the Web. Account settings control subscriptions and other services associated with that identity.

Android

Open My Account to create an account or sign in, synchronise subscription details and manage your password.

My Account page

Use the same account for online subscription purchases and flight-plan sharing through the AvPlan website.

Current subscriptions appear under My Subscriptions.

Apple

1. Open Settings > User Settings.
2. Select Username.
3. Enter the AvPlan email address and password.
4. Select Sign In, or select Register to create an account.

The My Account screen also provides Sign Out, Change Password, Reset Password and Delete Account.

WARNING

Delete Account permanently removes the account and its associated AvPlan data. Use it only when the account must be deleted.

Web

1. Open Settings > Account.
2. Select an area from the left menu, which is ordered as Subscriptions, Flight Sharing, Devices, Pilot Profiles, Edit Account Details, Registered Cards, Transactions and SMS.
3. Update the required setting, then save.
4. Confirm that the change took effect before leaving the page.

Edit Account Details opens the account details page in a new browser tab.

Longer lists use pagination controls at the bottom. Use the rows selector to change how many items are shown, or use the page controls to move through the list.
