3.7 Reports and printing

Preview a flight-plan report or load sheet, then combine the required documents into a package for printing, sharing or operational storage.

Preview a flight-plan report

1. Open Planning > View/Print Flight Plan Reports.
2. Select the required report type.
3. Open the report settings and choose the fields and spacing required for the operation.
4. Review the report before printing or sharing it.

Available report designs can include:

• Classic AvPlan-EFB domestic flight plan
• Navigation Log
• Flight Plan (Landscape)
• Flight Plan (Portrait).

The available designs and settings depend on the subscription. Report-type and settings choices remain selected until changed.

1. Open Planning > View/Print Flight Plan Reports.
2. Select the report-type control and choose the required design.
3. Open the report settings and select the required fields and spacing.
4. Review the report, then use Share to print it or send it to another application.

Preview and sign a load sheet

1. Complete loading, weight and balance, and fuel planning.
2. Open Planning > Print Preview Load Sheet, or select Send Loadsheet from Aircraft Loading.
3. Select the required load-sheet design when more than one is available.
4. Check the flight details, loading tables, fuel plan, manifests, calculated weights and centre-of-gravity envelope.
5. Select Sign Loadsheet or the signature control when an authorised signature is required and supported by the selected format.

Advanced load sheets can include passenger, cargo and standard-item manifests, lateral centre of gravity, detailed fuel information and weight-control approval information. The available formats depend on the subscription and aircraft profile.

WARNING

Purple or unvalidated weights indicate that the applicable aircraft limit has not been supplied. Red validation text indicates a failed envelope or weight limit. Do not treat the load sheet as approved until every required value and warning has been resolved.

1. Open Planning > Print/Send/Compliance Storage.
2. Select the required flight plan, blank form, ICAO form, load sheet, briefing, weather or terminal documents.
3. Use the section Select and Clear controls, or Select All and Clear All, to manage the package.
4. Select Defaults to save or apply the preferred preflight or postflight document selection.
5. Select 2 per page when two compatible documents should share a printed page.
6. Select Export and choose the required print, email, file or cloud destination.
7. Use Log when the operation requires the package to be stored with the flight record.

Print and Send document selection

1. Open Planning > Print/Send.
2. Select the flight plan, blank forms, load sheets, submission verification, weather, briefing and terminal documents required in the package.
3. Select or clear individual thumbnails, or use Toggle, Clear All and Select All to change a group.
4. Select the share control and choose the required print, email, file or application destination.

Use Print plates one per page in Settings > User Settings when each plate must occupy a separate printed page. Otherwise, compatible plates may be placed two to a page.

Web

1. Open the plan and select Print.
2. Select one or more available PDFs.
3. Use the section Select and Clear controls to manage groups.
4. Select Open to preview the package or Print to print it.
5. Wait for Preparing PDFs to finish.

After a successful NAIPS or IFIS submission, the Filing section can include a report for each submitted stage and Submission All Stages. Select the required submission report to include it in the package.

Annotate a flight-plan report

Open the report preview and select the annotation control. Add the required marks or notes, then confirm them before exporting or storing the report.

If no documents are available, check that the plan has enough route and airport information to generate printable documents.
