A multi-stage plan keeps each route, departure time, briefing, loading and filing action in a separate stage. Confirm which stage is active before making changes.

Android

• To end the current stage at an intermediate waypoint, open that waypoint in Terminal and select Land.
• At the final waypoint in the plan, select New stage to add another stage.
• To remove a landing break and join adjacent stages, select OverFly in the stage summary.

Apple

• Select New Stage to add a stage after the current destination.
• Select Overfly at a landing point to join the stages on either side of that point.

Web

1. Open the plan.
2. Use Stage to select the stage to view or edit.
3. Select the plus button beside Stage to add a stage.
4. Select the trash button to remove the selected stage. This control is unavailable when the plan has only one stage.

Reverse appends the reversed plan as one or more new stages. Invert reverses the selected stage.

WARNING

In a multi-stage plan, confirm which stage is active before editing, briefing, filing or printing.

Review the planned time, distance and fuel for the selected stage before continuing.

Android

The summary at the end of each stage shows EET, planned fuel burn and distance. The overall plan summary shows total EET, fuel burn and distance.

When cost rates are configured for the aircraft, the plan summary also shows the estimated cost.

Apple

The summary at the end of each stage shows EET, destination ETA when an ETD is available, planned fuel burn and distance. The final summary in a multi-stage plan also shows total EET, fuel burn and distance.

When hourly or fuel costs are configured for the aircraft, the summary also shows the estimated flight cost.

Web

• Use Winds to include or exclude forecast wind and temperature from the leg calculations.
• Review WPT, ALT, LSALT, TRK, HDG, TAS, GS, WIND, TEMP, FUEL, DIST, ETA and ETI for each leg.
• Select or right-click a waypoint row to open the available waypoint actions and edit supported leg details.

INFO

METAR status dots and tags such as ALT, UWPT, U, route qualifiers and ABEAM provide context for individual waypoints.

Fuel burn is not the same as required fuel. Review required fuel under Loading, weight and balance, and fuel planning.
