9.7 Manage devices

An AvPlan EFB subscription can be signed in on up to three Android or Apple devices for one pilot.

Replace a device

Android Apple

1. Sign out of AvPlan EFB on the device you are retiring.
2. Sign in to AvPlan EFB on the replacement device.

Open Settings > My Account > Sign Out.

Apple

• Open Settings > User Settings > Username, then select Sign Out.
• Alternatively, open Settings > User Devices to review signed-in devices and sign out an individual device, including a device that is lost, sold or unavailable.

Manage signed-in devices

Review the devices linked to your account and sign out any device you no longer use. An internet connection is required for a remote sign-out.

1. Open the AvPlan Live website in a browser.
2. Sign in with your AvPlan account.
3. Open Account.
4. Review the signed-in devices and sign out the device you no longer use.

Apple

1. Open Settings > User Devices.
2. Review the devices shown as signed in.
3. Select Sign Out beside the device you no longer use.

You can also manage an unavailable device through Account on the AvPlan Live website.

Web

1. Review the device table and its Signed In or Signed Out status.
2. Open the row options (⋮) for the device you no longer use.
3. Select Sign out.
4. Allow a few minutes for the sign-out to reach the device.

You can move between devices by signing out on one device and signing in on another. If the three-device limit is exceeded, AvPlan EFB prompts you to manage devices when the app starts.

WARNING

Deleting AvPlan EFB from a device does not sign that device out of the AvPlan system.

You do not need to delete AvPlan EFB when signing a device out.
