When the Android device is connected to an ADS-B IN receiver, usually through the receiver’s Wi-Fi network, its status appears under External Devices.

ADSB-PI devices are not supported on Android.
Android manages Bluetooth GPS connections. Pair a compatible receiver through the device settings; Android then supplies its position information to AvPlan EFB.
WARNING
A phone hotspot does not provide reliable position information to a tablet. Connect a dedicated external GPS receiver to any tablet without an internal GPS.
