Create a personal public link so family and friends can follow positions shared by your AvPlan devices.

  1. Sign in to AvPlan Web.
  2. Select Settings > Account.
  3. Select Flight Sharing.
  4. If there is no active link, select You have no active sharing link. Click to generate one!
  5. Under Share Link Options, choose what the public view should include. Available options include Include weather radar, Include SIGMET overlays, Include all traffic, Use nicknames when available and Hide departure board.
  6. Select the clipboard button to copy the link, then send it to the people who need it.

Select Delete Link to revoke the active public link.

WARNING

The shared view updates only while a device is sending AvPlan Live data over an internet connection. A gap in tracking data does not by itself indicate an emergency.

See Manage flight sharing for the complete set of link and map options.
